4.1 Our legal basis is explicit consent, where the individual has given clear consent for Scott Event Management to process their personal data for a specific purpose.

5.1 Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

6.1 We retain personal information for as long as consent is given and you, our prospects and customers, wish to be kept informed about our events.

6.2 Invoice data and the associated paperwork is kept for up to 6 years after the calendar year to which they relate.

a) The right to request a copy of your personal data which Scott Event Management holds about you;

8.1 If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Notice, then we will provide you with a new notice explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions.
